Linda Arbuckle, a professor in the School of Art and Art History, was chosen by the UF Graduate School as one of five recipients of the prestigious 2007-2008 Doctoral Dissertation Advisor/Mentoring Award from among an exceptional group of nominees.
Arbuckle's "dedication to the support of graduate education and sponsorship of student research reflects the highest standard of excellence," according to her award letter. The honor comes with a $3,000 cash award and a $1,000 bonus for her use to support her graduate students.
